Thank you for your interest in Advanced Barn Construction. We
believe your barn building decisions are very important, to both you and the
health of your horse. We are able to provide a barn that meets both your personal
and equitation requirements based on over 30 years of horse knowledge and
building construction experience. Our barns are individually designed and
planned to accommodate each customer's requirements, including physical and
economic.
Our philosophy is to build each building to last a lifetime
and to provide each customer the best value available to assure their purchase
keeps its value for years to come.
Since we service other industries such as housing, commercial,
and industrial we frame all our structures to meet or exceed local, state,
and national building codes. This assures time tested construction methods
and material in each of our buildings.
The newest phase to our construction process is our facility
in Eliot, Maine.
With this facility we inventory material, pre-build components
such as walls and roof sections, pre cut many other components and assemble
windows, doors, stall gates and other building particulars. Up to 70% of the
building can be completed prior to reaching your jobsite resulting in a very
quick, efficient, neat and high quality building. Many times the building
is constructed while site preparation (excavation and utilities) is in progress.
Since all of the planning and layout are completed at the shop,
master carpenters are not required for assembly on site, offering any customer
the option of self-assembly or contracting local tradesmen.
